Our regularly organized Medical Camps are a cornerstone of MARK Trust’s healthcare mission, designed to bridge the critical gap in accessible medical services for underserved urban and rural populations. These camps are comprehensive, full-day events set up in community halls, schools, or our own campus, offering a wide array of free health services. Staffed by a dedicated team of volunteer doctors, specialists, nurses, and paramedics, the camps provide general health check-ups, consultations for chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension, basic diagnostic tests (including blood sugar, blood pressure, BMI, and hemoglobin), and vision screenings. A significant focus is placed on preventive healthcare; we conduct interactive awareness sessions on nutrition, maternal and child health, sanitation, and disease prevention. Each camp features a dedicated pharmacy counter where free essential medicines are dispensed based on prescriptions. We also prioritize follow-up care by maintaining health records and referring critical cases to networked hospitals for advanced treatment. Specialized camps, such as dental check-ups, eye camps, or geriatric care days, are also conducted periodically. Beyond treatment, these camps empower individuals with knowledge about their health rights and available government schemes. By taking healthcare to the doorstep of those in need, we not only address immediate ailments but also build a foundation for a healthier, more informed community, directly aligning with our objective of promoting holistic well-being and equitable access to health resources.
